XDQ-1200 Full Hydraulic Wireline Protable Constant pressure Core Drilling Rig

Purpose

This Core Drilling Rig is specially designed for medium deep hole coring drilling in mountainous and hilly areas, which is self-developed according to the technological characteristics of rope coring after compared advantages and disadvantages of the same equipment from the different companies. It’s disassembled for easy movement. The machine is mainly equipped with PDC and carbide drill bits. It can be used in construction fields such as geology, survey, wells for hydrology, shallow oil and gas, ect.

1. Adopting direct-acting and load feedback fine-tuning variable hydraulic system, it is high efficiency, low energy consumption that the power changes by the load, (this system has been successfully applied on various series of drilling rigs in our factory);

Powerful dynamic parameter display control system (patented technology) can timely control the speed of engine, fuel and water temperature, the pressure of hydraulic system, grouting pump pressure, drilling depth, hole bottom pressure and various parameters.

3. Modular design, single module is not more than 200 kg, easy to move.

4. Constant pressure drilling control system (patented technology), automatically set constant pressure drilling, improve drilling efficiency and ensure the quality of the hole.

5. Powerful dynamic parameter display control system (patented technology).

6. The main components of the hydraulic system adopts imported brands. It is stable, reliable and has a long service life.

7. The power head adopts electro-hydraulic system, which is equipped with a 4-speed gearbox and variable speed transmission within a certain range.
